Dear Colleagues,

This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

It has been a year of great change across the East Genomic Laboratory Hub with a large number of new tests being developed, efficiency improvements, and a determination to deliver genomic tests on the National Test Directory to the best of our ability.

If you have previously ordered genomic tests from East GLH (this includes our Laboratories within Cambridge, Nottingham and Leicester) we would welcome your feedback on our service over the last 12 months.

In 2023, we will be upgrading software at our main laboratory in Cambridge to help us respond to enquiries more efficiently and make improvements to our service. Responses to this survey will help us know how we fare currently and where we can focus improvements more immediately.

The partner trusts for East Genomics (East GMSA and East GLH) are Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH), University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL), Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).

All responses, including your contact details will be held in the strictest confidence and in line with privacy policies of CUH (Patient privacy notice | CUH) and Eastern AHSN (Privacy policy - Eastern AHSN) (who host our Client Relationship Management System) . The information you provide will not be shared with staff outside of East Genomics and Eastern AHSN.
